Move support projects with Southern Simplicity typically begin around $4,500, with more comprehensive or full-service transitions ranging from $8,000 to $22,500+ depending on the size of your home and the level of support needed.

Move Essentials
A streamlined approach to packing or unpacking, designed to ease the transition without overwhelm. We focus on your most-used spaces so you can settle in with clarity and comfort right away.
Investment: $4,500 – $7,000
This level includes pre-move planning, hands-on packing or unpacking in key areas, and placement with light organization of essential spaces such as the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. A simple labeling system is incorporated so your new home feels intuitive and easy to navigate.
Signature Move Experience
Our signature move experience is designed for families who want both efficiency and a steady hand managing the details.
Investment: $8,000 – $12,000
From preparation through unpacking, we bring your home together in a way that feels organized, welcoming, and ready to function beautifully.
This level includes personalized planning, packing services as needed, and unpacking with setup of your primary living spaces. We establish systems that support your routines, incorporate labeling tailored to your home, and provide product recommendations when appropriate.
Refined Move & Settle
A fully managed experience where each phase of your move is handled with care, intention, and steady guidance.
Investment: $13,500 – $22,500+
From packing through final setup, we help create a home that is organized, functional, and ready to be lived in from day one.
This level includes comprehensive planning, packing services based on your selected scope, and unpacking with full-home setup. We organize both primary and secondary spaces, develop systems for long-term function, and incorporate product selection, sourcing, and finishing touches as desired — creating a home that feels beautifully prepared from the start.
Depending on the size, timeline, and needs of your move, trusted additional support may be incorporated to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
When helpful, donation coordination can be incorporated into each move support package to simplify the transition.
Because every move is unique, final pricing is based on the size of your home, the number of spaces involved, and the level of support needed. Following your consultation, you’ll receive a detailed proposal tailored to your move.
Packing materials, organizing products, and moving services are not included in package pricing, but can be recommended or coordinated as part of your project.
For clients combining move support with organizing services, a custom plan can be created to align seamlessly with your home and your timeline.
