This allows us to be fully present in the process — handling the details while you focus on the decisions that matter most.
Our goal is not simply to complete your move, but to help you feel settled — with spaces that are functional, comfortable, and ready to support your everyday life.
Investment
Move support projects with Southern Simplicity typically begin around $4,500, with more comprehensive or full-service transitions ranging from $8,000 to $18,500+ depending on the size of your home and the level of support needed.
Each project is tailored to your home and priorities, with support designed to bring a sense of order, function, and ease to your new space.

Move Support Packages

Essential Move Support
A streamlined approach to packing or unpacking, designed to ease the transition without overwhelm. We focus on your most-used spaces, helping you settle in with clarity from the start.
Estimated scope: 15–25 hours
Investment: $4,500 – $7,000
Support includes pre-move guidance, hands-on packing or unpacking in key areas, and placement with light organization of essential spaces such as the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. A simple labeling system is incorporated, with donation coordination as needed.
Signature Move Experience
Our signature move experience is designed for families who want both efficiency and a steady hand guiding the process.
Estimated scope: 30–45 hours
Investment: $8,000 – $12,000
From preparation through unpacking, we help bring your home together in a way that feels organized and ready to be lived in.
This level includes personalized planning, packing assistance as needed, and unpacking with setup of your primary living spaces. We create systems to support your routines, incorporate labeling that makes sense for your home, and offer product recommendations when appropriate. Donation coordination is included.
Full-Service Move & Settle
A fully supported experience where each phase of your move is managed with care and intention.
Estimated scope: 50–70 hours
Investment: $13,500 – $18,500+
From packing through final setup, we help create a home that is organized, functional, and ready to be lived in from the beginning.
This level includes comprehensive planning, packing support based on your selected level of service, and unpacking with a full home setup. We organize both primary and secondary spaces and develop systems for long-term function. Product selection and sourcing are included as desired, along with final adjustments so everything feels settled and ready to be lived in. Donation coordination is included.
Final pricing is based on the size of your home, the number of spaces involved, and the level of support needed. Following your consultation, you’ll receive a detailed proposal tailored to your move.
Packing materials, organizing products, and moving services are not included in package pricing, but can be recommended or coordinated as needed.
